At Flatiron Pediatrics, we provide personal, friendly service in a fun and caring environment for children of all ages. Our services range from managing all kinds of childhood illnesses through guiding you on all the important developmental milestones, birth through early adult. In addition to office visits, we pride ourselves on educating our families, so that you can be the confident parent you want to be.

Victoria Riese, MD
Dr. Victoria Riese is a pediatrician serving Manhattan's children and families. She specializes in general pediatrics, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from New York University, as well as a Doctorate of Medicine from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She did her pediatric training at NYU Langone Medical Center. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Riese has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience over the course of a career that spans nearly a decade, and she continuously strives for excellence in her every endeavor.
Erin Hannah Gold, PNP
Erin Hannah Gold is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She comes to us after working at a private pediatrician’s office in the Bronx. Erin received her training at Columbia University in New York City. While at Columbia, Erin received extensive training in Pediatric Primary Care. She also gained experience in the Pediatric Emergency Department, Newborn Nursery, and Pediatric Heart Transplant clinic. Erin received the Theresa Marcos Jansson Award for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who shows cultural competence, compassion, and patient and family advocacy while at Columbia University. She is also a recognized member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society. Erin’s first language is English but she is also fluent in Medical Spanish. We are delighted to have Erin be a part of the Flatiron Pediatrics Family!
Leena Shiwbaran, MD
Dr. Leena Shiwbaran is a board certified pediatrician. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Columbia University and a Doctorate of Medicine from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at NYU Langone Medical Center and was chosen as a chief resident. Dr. Shiwbaran is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She comes to us after spending close to 4 years working in the Bronx at a primary care clinic. She is fluent in Spanish as she learned it from her mother who is Mexican. Her father is from Guyana. A lifelong New Yorker she is dedicated to providing excellent care to all children of NYC.
Dr. Emma Gorynski
Dr. Emma Gorynski is a Pediatrician in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgetown University and Doctorate of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine. She continued her training at New York University where she completed her pediatric residency. She is excited to join the team at Flatiron Pediatrics and looks forward to meeting and caring for the children of our community.
